Delaney Named President of C&S Design Build
The C&S Companies are proud to announce that Joseph W. Delaney, P.E., PgMP, CCM, LEED AP, is now president of C&S Companies’ program and construction management company, C&S Design Build, Inc., overseeing a team of more than 65 staff. With more than 25 years of experience on high-profile horizontal and vertical construction projects, Joe’s expertise is significant. In his career, he has served as project engineer, design coordinator, project superintendent, construction manager, project manager, project executive, program manager, general manager, and vice president. Joe is a licensed professional engineer, holds the program management professional credential (PgMP), is a certified construction manager (CCM), and LEED accredited professional. In addition, Joe is an expert CPM (critical path method) scheduler and has presented nationally and internationally on construction and project management procedures, methods, and techniques. Delaney received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
